Office Life

The Spark offices are always buzzing with chatter, we like working together and it really shows. There’s rarely a moment when there aren’t at least a few people huddled in one of our break out spaces talking about the shows we really love or discussing the latest idea we’re playing around with. Our Spark dogs Rocco, Albert, Dukey and Bruno also like to join in the fun and can often be found wandering our offices, they’re not so great at the ideas, but brilliant for cuddles and have been known to get involved in our weekly yoga classes.

Richmond Life

Having our London offices in central Richmond is all part of the Spark experience. A thriving neighbourhood, with lots going on, we love to explore the many cuisines available in Richmond for lunch, walk and talk along the riverbank and pick up several coffees throughout the day at the many coffee shops in the area. Having a beautiful, historic and thriving community on our doorstep is a blessing that we try to make the most of every chance we get.

Sheffield Life

Our northern office is in the beating heart of Sheffield on Ecclesall Road. An active part of town with loads of great food establishments, various health classes and gyms, botanical gardens a short stroll away and the beautiful Endcliffe park just across the road. Once the renowned steel city, Sheffield, home to DocFest, is flourishing into a wonderful creative destination in the north.

The Professional

Being a ‘bright spark’ is being in a team that is supportive of your professional development.

We provide varied funded training opportunities, flexible working arrangements to suit different lifestyle needs and create opportunities to access networks of like-minded professionals and mentors. We want to understand our staff, their needs and how to help them prepare and grow into their progressing careers.

The Personal

Empowering staff at Spark goes beyond the professional, we also celebrate personal and workplace milestones with congratulatory meals, screening parties, end of production team spa trips and legendary Christmas parties.

We thank staff for their contributions with personal touches; sponsoring football teams, relaxing massages, trips to the theatre. We want every ‘bright spark’ to know they are in a supportive, grateful and kind team.

On Location

Keeping the same energised, collaborative and engaging atmosphere on location that we have in the office is pivotal. Whether we’re on a one day digital shoot or it’s day 23 of a 40 day international shoot we want our team to feel enriched by the people they’re working with, empowered to feel an essential part of the team but mostly we want them to take away new skills and experiences with them.
